• Deposit of 50% required at the time of booking and becomes non-refundable 6 months prior to event. Non-refundable balance plus damage deposit of $500.00 required two months prior to event date
  
  
• Adminstrative fee $25 on cancellations

• SOCAN Fee will be added to all events with Music and /or Music with dancing
